Our Quality Assurance Program begins with a well-trained, stable and reliable work force. This allows for consistent job performance and a low turnover rate.

Priority will initiate a proactive quality control plan with on site visits from our management and supervisory staff. The visits will be announced as well as unannounced (where permitted). Priority provides a lead person at each location where there are two (2) or more employees.

Your account will be assigned a fully qualified and trained Q.A. Representative. Inspections will be made a minimum of once a month. The frequency of the visits can increase dependent upon each individual account and by a request made by the facilities manager or Priority’s management team.

During the regular daytime inspections you may provide a representative from your facility to accompany our Q.A. inspector on his/her tour of your building.

The efficiency with which Priority Building Services (PBS) operate depends largely on how effectively we manage our personnel. Effective personnel administration begins with programs that recruit employees for jobs compatible with their abilities and encourages the development of these employees. PBS strives to provide an atmosphere for motivation so that each employee will contribute his or her maximum performance to the team effort. This is accomplished by:

  • Planning the work so that custodial personnel understand, perform and meet the work objectives
  • Organizing so that custodial personnel function effectively and efficiently as a team to accomplish all contract requirements
  • Following up and inspecting to be certain that results conform to the plan
  • Employee Incentive Bonus Programs
