Priority Building Services Green Cleaning program includes the use of Green Seal (GS-37)® and similar green certified products , Butchers RTD mixing systems to take the guess work out of measuring chemicals, vacuums equipped with HEPA and similar high-performing filters, and micro-fiber damp mops, dust mops and cloths to pick-up minute particles. We know that employing “Green Approved” chemicals and equipment are more effective with continual documented on-site safety and training classes, which are conducted monthly by a Priority Building Services Safety Coordinator and will emphasize proper chemical use and disposal, cleaning practices, equipment use and various safety topics. Priority Building Services will maintain, monitor and document the inventory and supplies used at our clients facility and will provide monthly reports to the designated client representative (if requested). The report can be provided in electronic format to reduce the use of paper, with any written reports printed on recycled/post consumer waste paper. Our Green Program will conform to the Standard Operating Procedures according to Green Seal®, and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
